Slimming World - WEEK 10 - Mar 2016



I have 7 pounds to loose in the next 3 weigh in’s to get to my first target of 1 stone before the Easter weekend…
Lets do this…..


Week 10



Fri 4th  Mar  2016 – Day  57
My day started with a flat tyre and being late for work!!
I went out for dinner  & then onto a Removal.. I counted all my syns, even tho I went over
Breakfast: 2 x Egg muffins with beans
Lunch: Toasted Slimbo (5) Light cheese triangle (1.5) Ham & Salad
Dinner: 1 x prawn cracker (1) 3 x chicken skewers in satay sauce (13.5) Beef in Blackbean sauce with mushrooms, carrots & boiled rice (8)
+ picky bits (15)
Litres of Water & 44 syns

Toasted Slimbo (5) Light cheese triangle (1.5) Ham & Salad


Sat 5th   Mar  2016 – Day  58
Skipped Spinning this morning because I was tired/too lazy to get up
Breakfast: Yogurt & Raspberries
Brunch: Bagel Slim (HEB) 2 x sausages (2) bacon medallions, egg, mushrooms & tomato
Dinner: Synfree Slimming World Fanta chicken with boiled rice & SW chips
Was out tonight at a show with a friend, I drove and drank 7up free, so that I could have a twirl (9) when I got home (True Story)

Sun 6th    Mar  2016 – Day  59
Knew today would be off plan, so I had a quick on plan breakfast and got the weeks shopping in before my busy day began
Breakfast: 35g Shreddies with skimmed milk (HEA & HEB)
Dinner: 3 course Dinner out for mothers day (Fish Cakes, steak & pear tart)
Enjoyed my day, we had dinner at 2pm and I didn’t eat again for the evening! I had planned too but was too full
2 Litres of Water & Syns not counted

Mon 7th Mar  2016 – Day  60
Got to work to discover not only a rip in the sole of my shoe but also a hole in my work trousers!!! Not a good start!
Breakfast: 35g Bran Flakes with Skimmed milk (HEA & HEB)
Lunch: Synfree Turkey Salad
Dinner: SW Spaghetti Bolognese with mushrooms (sprinkle of Italian Cheese 2 syns)
Skipped spinning! Didn’t have a great day and wasn’t in the form for it!!

Tues 8th Mar  2016 – Day  61
Early start as we’re car sharing for the week, while the car’s in the “hospital”
Breakfast: 2 x Egg Muffins with beans
Lunch: Toasted Bagel (HEB) bacon, rocket & cherry tomato’s, 1.5 syns for light cheese triangle
Dinner: Bacon, Turnip & Potatoes
Any one else just not a fan of Tuesdays!! MEH

Weds 9th Mar  2016 – Day  62
Happy Hump Day
Breakfast: 2 x Egg Muffins with beans
Lunch: Toasted Bagel (HEB) with chicken salad
Dinner: Double Turkey burger with Cheese (2) Salad & SW chips
Very cranky this evening!! There was defo a some Hangry moments!! Dinner was good but I didn’t realise the turkey burgers cook so quick (lesson learned)

Thurs 10th Mar  2016 – Day  63
I wonder what tonight’s weigh in will bring!!
Breakfast: Overnight Oats
Lunch: 2 x Egg Muffins with beans & Salad
Went to early weigh in & had to skip the meeting (dad's birthday), I was down 1lb and was little disappointed.. BUT looking back over my weekend, I had 2 days over my syns and no exercise..
So 1 pound a week will get me to target.. just very slowly!!

Slimming World - WEEK 9 - Feb/Mar 2016

The time is flying by! 
Time to get serious and get my 1 stone award with Slimming World, sooner rather than later
I’m half way through my 100 days already!!






Fri 26th Feb 2016 – Day  50
Woke with a scratchy throat and blocked nose!!
Breakfast: 2 x mini egg muffins with beans
Lunch: bagel slim (HEB) with light cheese triangle (1.5) & ham salad
Stayed on plan until 5.30 and it went out the window, I called to my parents to vote & had a scone!
I was waiting for himself to come home to go get dinner!! He was working late which resulted in chipper for dinner at 9pm!!!

Sat 27th  Feb 2016 – Day  51
Up early to go Spinning and get a new tyre, had a lovely breakfast before I went to town.
Breakfast: Yogurt with raspberries
Lunch: SW cooked breakfast (2)
Dinner:  Beef in Blackbean sauce (8) with carrots, mushrooms & boiled rice
We had take away for dinner (on plan) But then we decided to open a bottle of champagne that we had been saving for a special occasion (we are one year engaged tonight)
Had nibbles & chocolate with it!!
2.5 Litres of Water & syns not counted after 6pm!

SLIMMING WORLD COOKED BREAKFAST WITH EGG WRAP


Sun 28th   Feb 2016 – Day  52
Feeling determined this morning, got the food shop done early, wrote out a meal plan for the week and made a batch of Egg muffins for syn free breakfasts 3 times this week.
Dinner was home made double cheeseburger with SW chips (well worth 8 syns)
I did go over my syns but still counting today as a good one…

Mon 29th  Feb 2016 – Day  53
Back at work and back to routine… Ate 3 tasty syn free meals
Breakfast: 3 x mini egg muffins with beans
Lunch: Turkey Salad
Dinner: SW Spaghetti Bolognese with mushrooms
Spinning was good craic

Tues 1st  Mar  2016 – Day  54
March already!!
Breakfast: 2 x mini egg muffins with beans
Lunch: Turkey Salad on Broghies (3 syns)
Dinner: SW Chicken & mushroom Carbonara

Good Day Food wise, really enjoyed my very creamy dinner!!
Mixed my left over quark with hot chocolate powder, canderal & choc shot! It was rotten and went in the bin!
Luckily I had my syns, so I got to enjoy “real” chocolate

Weds 2nd Mar  2016 – Day  55
Is it home time yet :-(
Breakfast: Overnight Oats
Lunch: 2 x egg muffins with side salad     
Dinner: Bacon, Turnip & potatoes

Tired today from the winds last night keeping me awake listening to our side gate banging from 4am onwards! So I was in zombie mode today!
Drank lots of tea and had chocolate for sugar to keep me going (least that was my excuse today)

Thurs 3rd Mar  2016 – Day  56
Weigh Days here already!!
Breakfast: 35g Shreddie & Skimmed milk
Lunch: Boiled Egg & Ham Salad
Dinner: Peppered pork chops with roast potatoes & veg

Ended up going to the early Weigh in and brought my 6 year old nephew with me. I was down 1lb..
When we got back in to the car, he asks “Where was the pool?”  he thought I had said I was going to Swimming World!!  LOL
