I bought a set of neon colours in Penneys for €2.50, I decided that I would test them all out in one go. I couldn't pick one and I wasn't sure, how good, bad or ugly they would be. Being of the cheap and cheerful variety. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of the cheaper nail polish brand.. I'd pick Catrice or Essence over Essie or OPI 9 times out of 10.. But I was skeptical with trying out a Penney's own brand

As you can see the colours aren't too bad, they all needed 2 coats except for the green, which needed 4 COATS!!! But it was probably my favourite colour out of the 4 of them. I used Essence Snow White 06 Sleepy (Blue) on my thumb.

These colours were fab for a day or so but chipped like you wouldn't believe! So they would be great for an event but not so much if its longevity that your after from your polish. For me it was all about the fab colours and showing them off when the sun was shining. They got a lot of compliments even when they started to chip. So I'm not going to bad mouth them.

I like cheap and cheerful and they were that aswell as bright and bootiful for the day or two that they stayed chip free :)
